A bill that would give money to life science research is awaiting debate in the Missouri Senate. Jenny Hoff has more from the State Capitol.
Senator Wayne Goode for St. Louis County is sponsoring a bill that would give about $30 million from tobacco settlements to life science research.
He says the research would benefit medical schools and other health organizations.
