Description: Revise a provision approved in 2019 that included related children related to the operator of a child-care facility in the limit of the number of children allowed before the facility must register with the state. Exclude counting children related to the child-care provider. The final version would require the Corrections Department provide services for allowing a new-born child to stay with an imprisoned mother for up to 18 months.
