    Description: Extend the sunset from 2012 to 2017 a water service fee for the state to regulate federal safe drinking water regulations. The final CCS includes a number of unrelated issues including state audits of solid waste management districts, the state land survey fund, restrictions on environmental rules, emergency management planning committees, off-highway vehicles, limiting city restrictions of trucks and a bunch more.
