HCS HB 1197 Sponsor:Lynch, Steve Status: H Perfection Description: Authorize the Health Department director, if a licensed physician, to issue a statewide standing order for prescription of drugs that block effects of an opiod overdose. If the director is not a physician, authorize the department to employ a licensed physician to issue the order.
