HB 1445 Sponsor:Redmon, Craig Status: H 2nd Read Description: Prohibit use of eminent domain for an electric transmission line in Adair, Knox, Marion, and Schuyler counties if the project is financed entirely by private funds and users of the line pay for the transmission line.

HB 1446 Sponsor:Redmon, Craig Status: H Transportation Description: Expand the membership of the Transportation Commission from six to eight members. Require each transportation district have at least one member.

HB 1447 Sponsor:Redmon, Craig Status: H Perfection Description: Extend from 2016 to 2022 the deadline for a local government to put on the ballot a measure on collecting motor vehicle sales taxes on a resident who purchased a vehicle from other than a licensed Missouri dealer. Current law required the measure be put on the ballot by November 2016 in order for a local government to continue to collect the tax. If it did not, the tax was repealed.
