Claire McCaskill unveils plan to revive rural Missouri

Gubernatorial candidate Claire McCaskill says rural Missouri has born the brunt of disappointment and unveils her plan as future governor to revive rural areas. Megan Clarke has the story.

With the second-highest loss of farms in the country and a failing ethanol subsidies plan, McCaskill says that rural Missouri's needs are being ignored.

As part of her eight-point plan, she proposes creating the Office of Rural Missouri in an effort to revive crumbling rural areas.

McCaskill says Governor Holden has failed to follow through during difficult economic times.
