Governor unveils anti-terrorism license

Gov. Holden unveiled Missouri's new anti-terrorism license plate today during a special ceremony. Josh Hinkle has the story from Jefferson City.

Connie Stephens stood proudly today as she helped Gov. Holden unveil her idea -- the state's anti-terrorism license plate.

Stephens' brother-in-law was the pilot of American Flight 77 that was hijacked by terrorists and crashed into the Pentagon two years ago.

Missouri is the second state to use an anti-terrorism plate and hopes to raise enough funding to hire additional police officers.

The governor says the plates should be available for sale in about two months.
