A form of pro-life legislation is making it's way through the Missouri Legislature...Rebecca Rausch has the story from the State Capitol.
The bill, passed out of committee, will take away the parental rights of a convicted rapist, eliminating the chance for visitation or custody.
Bill sponsor Representative Cindy Ostman says the bill will protect women and their children from rapists.
This is the one of the first of its kind to be proposed in the nation.
