St. Louis County Representative David Levin has proposed a bill that would protect the privacy of Missourians' doing business.

The bill would be called, The Personal Privacy Protection Act and would make it illegal to request fingerprints, retina scans and DNA tests from people conducting business or applying for employment.

Levin says he is concerned about where to draw the line between technological advancement and personal privacy.
