Kansas City Superintendent Speaks to House Committee

According to Kansas City's school superintendent, performance is improving in his soon-to-be unaccredited district. Kyle Elfrink has the story from Jefferson City.

Benjamin Demps spoke before the House Education Committee Tuesday night. Last fall, the Missouri Education Board decided to deny accredidation to the district after very poor assessment grades. But, Demps says the district is on the upswing.
