As national lawmakers decide how to respond to Starr's report, Missouri Democrats seem more wary of President Clinton attending Missouri Democratic fundraisers.
Governor Carnahan's Director of Communications Chris Sifford says Missouri Democrats should decide what's best for them.
Sifford also says that Governor Carnahan is very disappointed by Clinton's behavior and that Clinton let him down.
