AIDS advocate David Peters says the Health Department could help more people infected with HIV.

The eighty-nine people who applied for assistance will get it, but Peters says the Department can afford to help almost double that amount of people.

Even though the Department will get nearly three million dollars from state government to help AIDS patients next year, they say their resources are limited.

But Peters says the Department is holding back available funding.
